099: Why I’m Changing Everything (Again) and What is Intuitive Execution?

I'm so excited to be recording this right now because I have been working behind the scenes on a rebrand, and today's finally the day where this goes public. So by rebranding, yes, visuals, aesthetics, fonts, logos, all that fun stuff. But I think the deeper meaning in what I really wanna focus on here is the rebranding that's happening in my programs, because the iconic Mastermind. Evolving. The legendary Mastermind is evolving and the direction I'm taking this business has also evolved, and in many ways this feels like a homecoming, a full circle moment. If you've been in my world for years, since you know, 2019, then this rebrand and this new direction is actually going to feel familiar because. The, the new name, I'm like, how do I reveal this? It's like I'm making it such a big deal, and I think it feels like a big deal to bring it public, but it also feels like about damn time. So the new name of the Iconic Mastermind and the Legendary Mastermind is the Intuitive execution that is going to be the bigger umbrella name of my programs. So the Legendary Mastermind is becoming the intuitive execution mastermind. And the iconic Mastermind is becoming the intuitive execution experience, and I have some other fun things planned and in the works for the coming months as well to kind of continue to grow under this brand of intuitive execution. The primary business is still my name, Meghan Mins King. Still doing that, but um, I'm so excited to be bringing intuitive execution back to the forefront. If you're listening to this on the podcast, you're already seeing the new podcast, art podcast name. You may have been like. What the hell is this popping up on my podcast feed? But let me tell you about it. So, as I mentioned, um, actually before I dig in, I do our, we don't have our nanny here right now, so my baby is playing over here. So you may hear baby noises and musical toys and I may have to pick him up and hold him at some point,'cause I wanna get through this today and reveal this and publish this today if I can. And so we're doing what we gotta do. But I have been in business for 11 years and around the 2019 era, um, is when everything changed for me personally. At the very beginning of 2019, I experienced my first miscarriage. I would end up having, I have three kids now, had six miscarriages along the way, so it's been a journey. But I had the very first miscarriage in January of 2019. And it, um, without getting into it, I have other podcast episodes where I've shared more about it. Um, but I, it like rocked me to my core, changed who I am, changed everything and ultimately began a bit of a mindset, spiritual journey for me. It is when I first started playing around in, it led to me playing around with tarot cards and crystals and spirituality and manifesting and mindset work and journaling and all this stuff, um, that I still use and. Love doing today. And I feel like it's important to start there because, because that happened and because of the beginning of 2019, I began essentially a spiritual journey. You know, I never thought I was woo woo or into mindset work before then. Um, that journey began, and then by summer of 2019, if I recall, I launched a program called Intuitive Execution because I had realized over the first half of 2019. That I had been so focused in business on strategy and planning and systems and organization, um, and hustling and pushing that I had not incorporated any of the more, you know, spiritual mindset, confidence, self-trust elements that had such a profound impact on me in the first six months of 2019. I learned so much more about myself and how to trust myself, how to make decisions from a place of, um. My intuition and my own confidence, even if they didn't make sense, I no longer felt like I had to find someone else's blueprint to do business. I learned how to do business my own way. I began to really connect with who I am at a like, sorry, as an individual. And it was an incredibly powerful experience. And so in summer of 2019, I did a pilot session of the intuitive execution. It was a four week live program where I taught how to intuitively execute, how to take the power of. Good strategy, dude, I'm gonna have to hold you, aren't I? How do you take the power of good strategy with the power of your own intuition and your mindset work and blending the two? Um, and it was such an incredible program. We talked about everything from literally like systems and goal setting and planning to also mindset work and tapping and journaling and how to connect with your intuition. And I realized in that. Time of my business in that time of my life that I'm, well, I'm gonna have to pick them up. That in that time of life I really wanted to be a bridge of sorts. For mindset work, for people who maybe didn't think they were ever into that or didn't ever understand mindset work, because that had been my journey as well, and I really loved leaning into the duality of both mindset work and strategy and how powerful they are together and how important they are. You need both if you can have a really good strategy, but if you are got a really, you know, bad mindset, you're an insecure, you're unsure of yourself, you're wavering, you don't trust yourself. Like, it's going to be hard to have that strategy, see its full potential. On the flip side, you can be an incredible manifester and have all of the good vibes, high vibes, um, but if you don't have a strategy, you are probably not making as much money as you could be and you're probably bouncing all around and potentially burning out. Right. Um. Hold on. Let me go pick'em up. Okay. So in summer 2019 is when I first had a program called Intuitive Execution, and I loved it. It did turn into a course. So after I ran it live, I turned it into a course that I ran. I don't remember how long I ran it. I should have looked that up before I started recording this. But, um. It was a staple of my business for a very long time. When I went on sabbatical, I stopped selling it. So, and that would've been in 2021. Um, and then of course had my, what ended up being a two year business sabbatical. And when I came back from the sabbatical, I did not, you know, bring back all of my old programs. They're in the archives. Um, and this idea and the philosophy of intuitive execution. Has just continued to like be on the forefront of my mind. I have so many business besties that I talk to all the time who are like, when do we bring in intuitive execution back? When can we bring that back into the fold? I missed that era. Um, and I always knew it would happen one day and it just didn't quite feel like that day was here until recently. Um, because what I realized is that I have. Never left that way of doing things. When I get feedback from clients who are renewing or coming back to me time and time again, I'm hearing from from my people that the reason they're working with me is because they know they need the mindset push too. Right? They know they want some strategic support, they know they value that, but they also. Want love shove. They want someone who can read between the lines. They want someone who can help them overcome their own limiting beliefs so that they can learn to trust themselves and show up with a whole new level of confidence and activation than ever before. And I really think that is my main purpose here, is helping you take action and. You can be successful with any strategy. Ultimately, it's just picking the one that's gonna make the most sense for where you're at right now, what your goals are, but then also partnering that with your intuition and learning to trust yourself and really leaning into your gifts and your strengths as opposed to trying to mimic what someone else is doing. And so, as I've shared on a recent podcast episode, how I was feeling stuck the past couple months, part of this evolution, I knew there was. I knew a rebrand would happen. I knew the name Iconic, which I never thought I would outgrow. I remember thinking that I've, I've evolved past that and that it didn't quite reflect the entire thing, and in many ways, intuitive execution is just a. Bigger articulation of what it meant to be iconic because what it meant to be iconic, what it means to be iconic when you work with me is it's about trusting yourself and allowing evolution in eras. You know, we think of the biggest icons of pop culture right now, and they evolve. You know, Taylor Swift has literal eras that she can reflect on, and you allow yourself to evolve, and that's part of what makes you iconic, is you go first and you do it your way. And that is what intuitively executing is we're just bringing into the fold a little bit more of the holistic business strategy plus intuition and mindset into articulation, not just the like identity piece. And so in many ways, intuitively executing is, is just a, not better, but a, a bigger, more expanded articulation of what I was talking about in my iconic programs and in this movement I've been building. Um. And so, so that's why I'm changing the program names because I could just tell that there was a better, I hate that I'm saying the word better'cause it's not really the right, right phrase for what I'm thinking and feeling, but I knew that there was a different articulation for the work I was doing that would be more powerful for me. That would be easier to message and differentiate. And truly reflect what makes me different and what you can expect from working with me. And it really is that combination of strategy and mindset and intuition. And I'm so excited. So Intuitive Execution is now the name of the My Main programs. The podcast is called Intuitive Execution. Um, one day there's probably gonna be a book. Called intuitive execution. Just gonna go ahead and throw that out there. If anyone wants to hit me up on that, lemme know. But, um, I really think it's just my entire way of doing things is that it's both. If you've ever been on a coaching call, you know, I'm gonna come in with the strategy. We're gonna make a strategic plan, we're gonna have that conversation, but we're not gonna have that conversation without also checking in with what does your gut tell you? What do you just, what do you just wanna do? If it could be easy, what would it look like? If you knew it would work, what would it look like? How do you like to show up? What feels easy for you? And that doesn't mean we only do things that are easy, but I think we all understand ourselves and have enough self-awareness to know that there are times where you just have things that you're better at naturally. That if we lean into, it's way easier instead of trying to force yourself to get better at something that you're not naturally. Good at, for me, that's, um, the difference between writing and, you know, verbal communication. Can I be a really good writer? Yeah. Have I written stuff that's impacted people? Absolutely. Do I still do writing? Yeah. Like you can't get around it. I'm still gonna write some stuff, but I. My main strategy is going to lean into the fact that verbal articulation is my strong suit. And that doesn't mean I don't say, um, or like, but in terms of getting into a, a flow state where I'm just saying what I need to say. That's easier for me to do verbally. So that means I'm gonna have podcasts or video be a big part of my strategy more so than trying to have some like heavily written, you know, Substack newsletter or like long written Instagram captions. Like that's never gonna be the main thing for me at, at least right now. Um, whereas some of my clients, it's the opposite. And so that's part of what makes me unique as a coach and what makes my programs and my coaching unique, is that I'm not forcing you into a box just because that box can work, it can all work. You can build a very successful business a hundred different ways. So in many ways, it's just picking the one that's gonna make the most sense with your strengths and the season you're in, and then where there's the most fun and momentum, and then learning how to trust yourself as you execute. So is that right? So I'm so excited to be bringing this back to the forefront. I'm excited to be bringing intuitive execution and that language and that articulation back into the fold because it's always been there. It's always been happening, but, but I. I took it outta the spotlight. Now we're coming back. So welcome to the Intuitive Execution Podcast. Um, for those of you who are interested, I worked with one of my friends and clients, um, Lexi from Dynamo Ultima to do this rebrand. And I'll put a link wherever you're watching or listening to this, to them.'cause they're amazing and they, they do like VIP days and intensives and so we got to work together. And I told her that I really wanted this brand to reflect the duality of intuitively executing, which is, you know, this like mindset and this like structure and systems as well as my own duality. Um, and you know, I'm kind of an, I'm into astrology. I'm not an expert, but I'm a Pisces Sun Virgo Rising, and those are literal opposites. So it's funny that intuitive execution is my main thing. When it perfectly mimics and reflects and embodies my nature and the duality of my nature. As a Pisces Sun, Virgo Rising, because the Pisces side of me is very like, trust yourself and go with the flow and mindset and spiritual and woo woo, and we don't need a plan. Let's just do, and the, and very emotional, and the Virgo side of me is very like, we do need a plan. Let's have a system. Let's have some structure. Let's get organized. Let's have the best strategy. And so a, a lot of times there's tension between these two sides of me and. What has been most successful for me is to find harmony within them, and not even true balance, but learning how to leverage the power of both and integrate them and knowing when to tap into which side, and it's exactly what intuitive execution is. And so it's been so powerful in that exercise to. Really own that about myself to see that come through. And of course the name of the programs. But even in our visuals, like the visuals of my rebrand really reflect this duality. You're gonna see like minimal, simple, classic, timeless elements mixed, which is like the Virgo side to me, mixed with, and you're gonna see earthy tones, which is Virgo, mixed with like really whimsical illustrations with um. Imagery that's kind of more flowy, and it's just this beautiful mix and I'm just so excited. And thanks for being here. You know, evolution is part of the magic, and if you are into this whole idea of building a really successful business that makes you great money, that's fun and fulfilling and rewarding. And hits your unique strengths that's done your way based on your season of life and freeing yourself from feeling like there's one right way and one wrong way, and freeing yourself from perfectionism and overthinking and overanalyzing and comparing yourself to everyone else and learning how to truly trust yourself and make decisions from that place. And. Take action and have a whole new level of momentum and allow yourself to pivot and evolve because that's just a reflection of growth.
