Hey y'all, welcome back to the podcast. I have to paint the picture for you of what my life looks like right now. I am recording this from my phone, walking back and forth in our bedroom, which is where my desk is, as my baby naps. My two big kids are at school, but the power is out. We have electricity guys in our backyard. I am on the end of week two of someone being homesick. It literally went through my oldest, then my middle, and then now my youngest and our nanny. So, like, life has been lifeing. Times a million. And I'm starting to just realize that that is the season of life I'm in. And it's a fun one. But it also means I'm, you know, in situations like this, where this isn't my ideal recording scenario, but, I think it's great. And I, it's actually been a really good experience for me to reconnect with being resourceful and being adaptable. And learning how to show up even when things aren't perfect. And remembering that I don't need to wait for the perfect scenario, the perfect circumstances, to show up and make an impact and do the work I want to do. And in fact, if I did wait, For the perfect scenario, it would basically never happen. Because even when the scenario and circumstances are right, like, something else may happen. A dog may get sick. You may not feel good. You may not feel inspired. Or whatever. And so I'm wanting to share this with you because I want to remind you, you know, wherever you're at right now that you can do this. And there are so many different ways that you can still show up in the way you want to show up and have the impact you want to have and have the business you want to have. Even in seasons of life where things are unpredictable or things are rarely, you know, perfect. That doesn't mean it's easy or effortless. Or, you know, you have, you can operate up default programming. No, it's going to stretch you, challenge you, and it's going to include. I encourage a new version of you to appear. That is resource, resourceful. That is creative. That is also embracing imperfection. Because if you are sitting there waiting to do things until you look perfect, your home is perfect, the circumstances are perfect. You're perfectly inspired. Everything is like perfect. Then that is going to really slow you down and rarely. And the reason you feel like things have to be perfect is from a place of wanting to control things and wanting to feel safe. And that's normal. Those are human feelings. But the reality is that it's not going to work that way. That's not how business works. The people out there who are successful are innovating. And 99.9% of the time they're innovating and they're showing up and they're doing the damn thing when there's an- million reasons for them not to. And there's a million excuses. My most successful clients aren't the most successful because they're necessarily smarter. Or have something you don't have. What they do is they learn to show up no matter what. And that doesn't mean from a place of burnout and like we have to be consistent. But it does mean that we learn- how to adapt. And we learn how to show up. And my most successful clients show up even when there's a million excuses not to. They learn how to show up when they don't feel great. Or when things aren't perfect. Or how to um, like adapt their expectations. And it's not even lowering the bar in terms of like suddenly quality. It's lowering the bar in terms of our own struggles with imperfection. Our own struggles with fear of judgment, fear of failure. Um, you know, wanting things to feel like they're for sure gonna work out before we do it right. All that kind of fun subconscious stuff. My most successful clients don't let that stop them. They find a way. To make it work. One of my mastermind clients, um, has two kids. She's building. She has a job. She has two kids. One of them is a new newborn baby. And she has her, uh, service business that she's building and starting to book out clients and absolutely crushing it. And she's also just built a SaaS company. And she's totally down to Earth. She's not hustling around the clock. She's not burning out. But what she's doing is she's meeting herself where she's at. She's doing business from her phone while beating a baby. She's learning how to make the most of the hour she has during nap time or after bedtime. And she's learning how to adjust the way she does things to meet her circumstances. She's learning when to outsource and when- to just not do it at all. She's learning how to leverage AI and automation to help out. She's investing in coaching and mentorship to help accelerate things and to cut through resistance. But ultimately, she's finding a way of meeting herself in the season. She's at adapting and adjusting expectations and then being resourceful and showing up even when it's not perfect. And showing up. Authentically. As herself. Not feeling this pressure to put up a performance and to pretend things look a different way. That's what I want for you too. Especially if you're sitting there and you're listening and you have chronic illness or you're a mom or whatever. As I'm recording this, we're just at the beginning of May, which I've heard people call like, May Simber lately because the month of May is so- So, It's like December with the end of school and so many activities happening, um, travel beginning. It's- It's- There's a lot that's happening, right? And so there's so many excuses and reasons and valid reasons for why your schedule may change and how you do business and how you work may be changing. But it doesn't have to be all or nothing. Thank you. It doesn't have to mean all progress stops. It means let's check in in the season you're in and let's number one, do what we can to prepare. And number two, reset expectations of what it means to show up in that season and allow it to be seasonal. And again, just learning how to work with the circumstances you have and letting- instead of- letting the circumstances break you and it being this all-or-nothing thing. This, uh, mastermind client who I mentioned who has so many incredible things going on in her life right now, very full life. She actually sent me a message, um, yesterday, the day before, let me pull it up. She sent me this message on Instagram. She said, everyone should join the master. It's been the best investment for me this year. Every call and chat with you brings me so much clarity, and I've taken so much action because of your guidance. I love how your brain works, and I don't want to ever be without it or your guidance. Obviously, this is a very sweet message. But what I really want you to take away from it is that what she is saying has made the biggest impact from her Or. Or for her. It's not that I had some secret magic pill thing that no one else knows, right? Because the truth is like, that sounded real thing. But what really impacted her was the fact that every time we talk, she leaves with more clarity. And that clarity allows her to take action. Because so often, we struggle to meet ourselves where we're at, we struggle to struggle to show up in these imperfect circumstances because we don't feel clear. We don't know where we're going. We don't feel grounded in it. We don't feel convicted in it. We don't feel confident in it. And there's so many reasons why. Some of that is strategic. Some of that is, yeah. Something's not working. We gotta figure it out. Other times, it's our own brain, our own mind, our own emotions sabotaging us. Cause we're human. And. I just want to connect with you here and say, no matter where you're at, when you're listening to this, whether it's in May, another month, another year, you can do this in the season you're in, as long as you're willing to be imperfect. As long as you are willing to take risks. And as long as you are willing to do it your way. To get the support you need and then take action. And to meet yourself with you. Or you're at maybe you see all these other people on the internet doing these super sexy photo shoots and they look incredible and they show up on Instagram stories. Like to the nines and dress so cool. Like bad ass. If you want to do that and you can do it awesome. But if you can't do that right now for whatever reason and that's stopping you then it's time to recalibrate. It's time to realign. What I love to be doing, some of that, absolutely. But it's not, it's not happening right now. It's not my priority. It's not going to benefit me really. It's not going to move the needle in a way that's meaningful in this moment. It's more meaningful for me to just show up. And right now I'm showing up in my room with no power with my hair and a ponytail and athleisure and. Walking around barefoot, right? And I just want to encourage you to do the damn thing and to allow yourself to become the version of you that does it anyways. To learn how to love yourself and trust yourself. Enough to do that. Because that's really the work here. I don't f****** care if you're doing YouTuber, Instagram or posting daily or once a week or randomly like. . . That doesn't really matter. What matters is your conviction, your resourcefulness, your self-trust, and your ability to be adaptable. And to just continue to evolve and grow and show up day after day. And love it. And if you're not loving it, let's shift something, right? Doesn't mean you have to burn it all down. Let's just make a change. I'm the queen of pivoting. My signature program has had like five names. I've, this podcast has had like four or five names. Like, and guess what? Like, it's fine. It's all good. So, I know I'm kind of going off here. . Right.ty On a little sermon, if you will, but it's just on my heart to connect with you and share with you that, like, the thing that you, you feel like you need, your downloading templates, viral hooks for this, you need another yada yada yada yada. I love resources and courses and strategies. But sometimes it's not just a strategy. Sometimes it's your own. Self-imposed expectations of perfection, of comparison, of thinking it should look a certain way, especially for those of you who have been in business for a long time. You've got some old programming in there, babe. You've got some old, old marketing programming of how things should be are supposed to be that we need to deconstruct. And I want to tell you here, for me, like I said, it's May, we're about to intern to a busy season. I'm about to take four trips. I'm about, or more, over the next like two months. I'm about to, the kids are going to transition out of school, or I'm doing swim lessons. I want to be, like, outside. Swimmin' in the pool. I'm gonna have my youngest is gonna turn one, my husband's birthday. Like, we got so much fun stuff happening. And, Now is the moment. Especially if you're listening to this, like, around the time it drops. And even if you're not, this principle applies. But like, what you do now, today, is what will influence how your business and life looks three months from now. Six months from now. So just because right now, you may be about to enter a season where you want to slow down if you be more present with your family. Awesome. Let's do it. You better believe I'm doing it. But what can we do to set ourselves up for success so that we can do that during the summer? And money can still come in and we can still be impacting our clients and we can still be showing up how we want to, even in a different capacity. And when the fall comes back around, we're not starting. Something from one or zero, I should say. The momentum's still there. The momentum didn't leave. We got to actually build momentum even while working less. Because I'll tell you a secret. Business will grow more. You'll be more inspired. You'll be more activated when you actually are more present in your real life. So let's work We'll see you Work with that. This doesn't have to be an all or nothing thing. It shouldn't be. So whether you're about to enter into a slower season of business in life where you want to be more present, not as work heavy. Badass. Let's do it. But what can you do right now? To make that work even better for you. The next four to six weeks. I am making some big intentional moves so that- I can chill over the summer while still having monthly revenue come in while still accepting new clients into my programs without feeling like I need to post on Instagram every day, without feeling this pressure to make new sales because I'm doing some things very intentionally right now. And then what that is going to mean is that when the fall comes back, I have had sustained momentum even- when I worked less, that when you better believe August comes back, like, we're hitting the ground running. I don't have to start from square- people only say square one, is that right? I have to start from the- like, the floor and be like, what do I do now? What's my business model? How do I ramp this back up? Because I'm doing things now. And whether this is before the summer, before the holidays and the middle of the year, what you do now? So, you will see the results of like three months from now or more. So, don't worry about instant gratification. Don't worry about like- well I only have de- de de- de- de- de like, what can we do intentionally? To work with the seasons of your life in business, to meet where you were actually at and adjust. Because I am not taking- my foot off the pedal. I'm not gonna ghost everyone all summer, but I'm going to definitely be operating differently in the summer in a way that supports how I want my life to live. So, I'm going to do things intentionally now to make that possible. And I want you to do that too. And if you're sitting there going into a transition, going into the summer, the holidays, or just a new season of life. Or just normal life. And you're sitting there, and there's no momentum. And you don't know what to do. And you feel stuck. And you don't feel like you know how to move through this. You know something needs to change. Even if you're already making multi-six seven figures, something isn't working anymore. And maybe it's the business. Maybe it's you. Maybe something's evolved in your life. Maybe things are working, but you know this could be bigger. This could be ten-axing. You're doing so much and you just feel like the results aren't quite matching. Or something's not quite feeling the same. Or you don't quite love it anymore. I got a message from someone the other day who joined intuitive execution who was like, I, like, Loki hate my business. It's like, yeah. We've all been there. Let's work through it. So that you're not spending the next, you know, three months. Just feeling that more and more and more and more. Getting more disconnected. this connection. Getting more More disengaged. Taking your foot off the pedal. Ghosting your people. Ghosting your community. And then suddenly feeling this, like, financial, you know, scarcity in the fall. And you're like, oh, shit, I need to do a big launch. I haven't done all this, right? Like, let's, let's stop making the way your life is a problem for your business. And let's instead make it where your business and the season of life you're in work together. And are on the same season and are cyclical and are working together. I would love to help you do this. I would love to invite you to join me inside of Intuitive Execution and in particular in the Intuitive Execution Mastermind. The Mastermind is my highest proximity, most exclusive, intimate, hybrid, one-on-one Mastermind program. You are in it with me. I'm in it with you. I know you. I know your life. I know your vision. I'm your business partner, effectively. Like, I'm in the weeds. We're chatting every day about what's going on. We're checking in on the big picture. How's your revenue? How's your MRR? What's, what's projected? How we're feeling about that? Where are we going? What's coming up for you? How do we anticipate it? And then also navigating the stuff as it pops up. One of my Mastermind clients just had a six- figure cash month. She's been a multi-six figure entrepreneur for several years. And she had a six- figure cash month. And she was like, it's because we mapped out the launch that way. And I, she was hesitant about doing a launch. She was a little afraid to put herself out there for reasons. And we were like, let's do it. Here's why. Here's how we map it to your season. And we have our one- on our own. And we literally have the rest of her year planned at a big picture. When are she- when is she launching? What's she launching? If we meet up and it changes, we change the plan. We dig into it. We map it out. We understand what's working. Oh, she's traveling here. Oh, this is that. Let's adjust it here. Let's take a break here. Oh, she's got this big, uh, collaboration happening here. Let's adjust. And we're looking at that on our calls. And we're mapping out emails. And we're in the weeds of it. And oh, we're talking about team is you pops up. We're talking about it. She didn't have a six-figure cash month because she's, like, better than you when you can't do it, right? She didn't have a six-figure cash month because she downloaded a template on viral hooks for Instagram reels. Like, that's not the game we're playing here. Her business has been fairly stable. Her product suite has not radically evolved. She's added in new things, more accessible things. We've expanded it. We've added some tiers. We've done some really intentional things. With the heart of her business, the core programs, the signature programs have been around. The thing that's making the difference is compounding M.R.R. month to month. This wasn't a six-figure cash month and next month is zero. This just was a combination of a launch and existing monthly recurring revenue and client renewals. And that's the perfect combo there that allows us to be more stable and grounded in our business. And so this big six-figure cash month for her wasn't just a spike and next month is going to zero. This just added on to her existing M.R.R. So next month's M.R.R. The next 12 months M.R.R. is significantly higher. And I'd love to invite you to join the S It's incredible space for the intuitive execution mastermind. You're going to be with women who are doing the damn thing, who have busy lives, who have full responsibilities, who have a lot on their plate, who have all the reasons in the world to not do it, but are doing it anyways and doing it in a way that's healthy, that doesn't burn them out, that is sustainable, that is simple, that works within their life, that leverages their natural gifts and s skills and works with the season they're in meets them where they're at and makes it not a wrong thing, but actually an asset. This level of mentorship is not just like join a group mastermind and there's a doing people in it. This is a very, very, very intimate space. There are two spots open right now. There are less than 10 women in the space and always will be. It will always be an incredibly intimate space because you get one. one. One to one. Intenses with me. Every quarter. Every quarter we are in a 90 minute one on one doing the be the big deep dive. The big audit. The big game plan. Hashing out what you need. And then beyond that we're on bi-weekly mastermind hot seats with just the mastermind. Really intimate. Really in-depth hot seats. And the weeks in between that you can come to the other intuitive execution calls and get hot seats every single day. You're fully integrated into that in communities. You can tap into a larger network of badass women, but then also plug into a more intimate space of just our mastermind clients to get more exclusive private intimate support. You and I are chatting every day in the mastermind chat. You're sending me a voicemail about your idea or a big win you just had. We're celebrating together. We're workshopping your latest idea. I'm helping you write an email for a new proposal. For this insane collaboration, you just got, uh, handed, right? We are doing, I'm reviewing your emails. Like, we're in it together. It's such a special space. Where you really get the best of all worlds. You get one-to-one mentorship. You get a really high level, intimate mastermind and access to a slightly larger community of badass women. It's an incredible, incredible program of- Come on. Success with it. The mastermind is sacred to me. It is special. It is exclusive. There are people that I turned down to join the mastermind because I'm very intentional about what this space is meant to be. And it doesn't really matter where you're at now. But I care about who you are as a person. The vibe that you're going to bring. I care about where you're wanting to go. And making sure it's an aligned fit for all of us. And this space is so special to me. As I'm recording this, there are two spots to join the mastermind. And then I'm actually going to be closing enrollment for the mastermind for the summer. I told you I was doing some things so I could chill over the summer. This is one of them. So the doors to joining the mastermind will be closing at the end of May and will not be reopening again until the fall. And then from then on, it'll probably only be opening as spots open up. Maybe maybe once or twice a year. So if you've been eyeing deeper mentorship, if you're tired of just downloading PDFs and dropping a comment in a Slack group and getting like the most vague random support from an assistant coach and like come over here. If you've been in mastermind, And you haven't really plugged in. Come over here. If you are looking for that perfect sweet spot, a private high-level coaching with a badass group of women with strategic support with someone who's gonna love and shove you and sees the vision and who's been in business and been behind the scenes of many businesses who's gonna love and shove you, who's gonna stretch you, who's gonna challenge you, but who's gonna meet you where you're at? Who's going to understand what it means when your kid is sick and child care falls through? Who's going to understand what it means when the summer vacation pops up? When it's December and life is crazy? Who knows what it means when you have a baby and you're staying up and you're breastfeeding in the middle of the night? Like, who understands what it's like when you have chronic illness? When you have neurodivergence? I've been there. When you're prepping for a baby. Hey, baby. When you're coming back from maternity leave, when you want to come back from a sabbatical or go on a sabbatical or sell your business, like, this is such a special place. I would love to work with you if you've been listening to this, and this is speaking to you. If this is resonating with you, if you're feeling the nudge, if you're feeling the pull, shoot me a message. You can go fill out the application if you want, but at least go shoot me a message and let's chat. Let's see if it's good fit. If it's good it's not, I'll let you know, and we'll talk about how else I can support you and your goals. But if it is a good fit, now is the perfect time to join a mastermind, to join a space like this. We're gonna come in, we're gonna immediately get on an onboarding intensive. We're gonna map out whatever's not working, figure it out, figure out how to 10x, how to amplify, how to meet you, where your at, solve the problems, work through the resistance, figure out where you're stuck, whatever you're going through right now, we'll solve it on that call. Coming up with your strategy for business doing it your way. So you can stop trying to shove your genius, your magic, into someone else's box, and instead design a business unique to you, that's going to make everything so much easier for you. And then you get to plug into the support to execute on that. What do we need to do over the next couple weeks to set you up for success over the summer? What needs to change? What do we want to do? Do we want to get a little cash injection? Do we want to set this up on the back end? Where are we focusing? We want to get some one-on-one clients? Like, how do we want to do things in the next couple weeks? What does the summer need to look like for us? Okay, great. Let's go ahead and figure out what are we going to do in the fall? We think. What's our loose plan? What's happening here? What are we working towards? How do we want to work towards it? And then I'm there with you alongside every single step. Every single moment where you're stuck. So, Every single sticky moment. I'm a voice memo away. I'm a message away. We're doing this together and so much can change from being in a level of support like this with someone who actually gives a damn. Which is me. So, if this is resonating, shoot me a DM on Instagram or go ahead and apply. You can go to intuitiveexecution.com forward slash. Mastermind to apply. And I would just be honored to chat with you. I would love to work with you and have you be one of the special few who get to be in this level with me. And to grow your business together. In a way that you actually freaking love your life. For whatever you've gotten out of this. I trust that you've gotten what you needed. I trust that you are now feeling better to go and do. I trust that you are now going to practice showing up imperfectly. And accepting where you're at right now. Instead of being a bad thing. And I trust that if this is resonating with you. And you want to work together. Maybe the Mastermind is not quite the level you're looking for right now. You can go learn more about intuitive execution at intuitive execution.com. You can join the collective at any time. Come in, jump in, start getting some coaching, some community support, get access to the trainings and the strategies. Learn how to intuitive. Really execute how to implement, um, the operating system. I've got some new trainings coming soon. And there's also the experience. If you're looking for a bit more of a larger group experience. So there's so many wonderful ways we can work together. Shoot me a DM on Instagram. But in particular right now, I have two spots for this Mastermind as I'm recording this. I'm calling in those two women who are listening to this who are just like. Yeah, it's time. This is your time. If that's you, if you're intuition, if your gut is just there, you feel it right now. Listen to it and DM me and let's chat. And if you're listening to this in the future, maybe the Mastermind has spots open. Maybe it doesn't. Because shoot me a DM, we can talk about a chat about it then too. Thank you so much for listening. I'll see you in the next one. And I can't wait to. I have some really exciting things coming soon as I'm recording this, a free community, a free training, some incredible resources coming to the Intuitive Execution Program, some new exclusive trainings. There's so much fun stuff in the works that I can't wait to bring to light and bring public. Um, so stay tuned.
